Sparrow Aviations operations back to normal! Starting friday 28th of November at 20:30 CET, Sparrow Aviation will operate the airport as usual. We have after thorough investigations in collaboration with the airline concluded that the types of aircraft they use can safely operate the airport.
Starting Saturday, the 29th of November all passengers traveling with Wizz Air are directed to Göteborg-Landvetter Airport for check in and departure. Regular flight schedule applies.
Arriving passengers will land at Göteborg-Landvetter, with access to busses transfering to Göteborg Central Station and Göteborg City Airport. Currently we can not supply additional information regarding the continuation of Wizz Air departures from Göteborg-Landvetter Airport, past Saturday, the 29th of November. Updates will be posted as soon as any additional information is obtained.
Regarding passengers flying with Ryanair and Gotlandsflyg
Currently there are no changes to this previous statement regarding these Airlines. At present these departures from Göteborg City Airport (GSE) will be handled in two steps. Our passengers are instructed to check in at Göteborg City Airport and pass though the security checkpoint. Thereafter busses will transfer passengers and their baggage to Göteborg-Landvetter for departure to their destination. Arriving passengers will land at Göteborg-Landvetter, with the option to travel by bus to Göteborg Central Station and Göteborg City Airport.
